- Elijah Kraatz Trio de Rumba bring the fiery dance of life.! Inspired by the Gitanos (Gypsies) of Spain, Camargue, France, and throughout the Romani diaspora, their Rumba Gitano style is infused with various Romani (Gypsy) and world music forms that have allowed them to achieve a unique sound of their own while they continue to honor the roots of music. Performing mostly original compositions Inspired by the music and migration of the Romani people, Elijah Kraatz y Trio de Rumba’s songs are songs of migration, of longing for a homeland, of loss, hope, and resilience.
